((The signs of the people of innovation are clear and obvious. The most apparent of their signs is their severe enmity for those who carry the reports of the Prophet)).

Reference: 48 Questions on Ramadaan, Q#: 4 |
ome people eat while the second Adhaan for Fajr is being called in Ramadaan. Is there fast correct?
If the Mu-adhin is calling the Adhaan while being certain of the emergence of Fajr then it is Waajib (compulsory) to stop eating and drinking as soon as one hears the Adhaan. One mustn’t eat or drink.
However if the Mu-adhin calls the Adhaan based upon assumption and not certainty as is the reality during these times, then one may eat and drink until the Mu-adhin finishes calling the Adhaan.
