Shaykh Saalih ibn Fowzaan al-Fowzaan said:
"So the affairs relating to the welfare of the general Muslims and the Ummah, only the people of authority deal with them and also the people of knowledge and foresight, who seek for the correct way to resolve the issue."

Shaykh Waseeullaah `Abbaas said:
"From amongst what distinguishes them particularly since their target audience is English speakers is that they present the material in both Arabic and English, so that they are not accused of twisting the meanings of the translated texts, so may Allah reward them with good."

If Muslims pray Salaatul Eed or Salaatul Istisqaa out in the countryside, then it is not legislated for one to pray voluntary prayers; not Taheeyatul Masjid or any other prayer acting upon what has been narrated in both Al Bukharee and Muslim on the authority of Ibn Abbas (??? ???? ???) that:
The Prophet (??? ???? ???? ????) left on the day of Eed al Fitr and prayed two Rakas, he didnt pray anything before or after them. [Further reference to the Hadeeth in the Arabic text.]
If Salaatul Eed or al Istisqaa is established in a Masjid within the city/town, there is no harm in praying Taheeyatul Masjid when entering the Masjid and one shouldnt pray other voluntary prayers in the same place of his prayer.
Allaah is the granter of success and may the Salaat and the Salaam be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family and companions.
