Shaykh Saalih ibn Fowzaan al-Fowzaan said:

"This is deception on the part of the husband. She did not marry him upon this (intention), (rather), she married him on the basis that this will be a lasting marriage. So if he conceals this intention, then he has deceived her."

Excerpts from the tape:

“O Muslims, indeed your religion, the religion that Allaah Ta’aalah chose for us, is built upon two great principles in which the whole religion revolves around…”

“Allaahu Ta’aalah, has legislated for him the most perfect of legislations, as well as perfecting his morals and his character (صلى الله عليه و سلم)…”

“Will not those who acquired this tremendous sin take heed, those who ridiculed the best of mankind (صلى الله عليه و سلم) in their papers…will not these arrogant people benefit from the example of those who ridiculed the Messenger of Allaah (صلى الله عليه و سلم) before them..”

“Indeed the mockery of the Messenger of Allaah (صلى الله عليه و سلم) in those papers, in that country, is a crime so great, that not even mountains can carry its weight.”

“The mockery of the Messenger of Allaah (صلى الله عليه و سلم) in those papers is considered to be a crime and we will establish this from a number of angles…”

“The third angle in clarifying that this behavior is a hideous crime, is that ridiculing or mocking the Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه و سلم) is also a mockery of all the Messengers may the peace be upon all of them…”

“…and to stand up against the violation of the sacredness of all the Prophets of Allaah Subhaanahu wa Ta’aalah, and to clarify internationally as well as in the media the danger of this worthless lowly behavior so that we are not taken by surprise in the future by someone else who thinks with the brain of an animal or that of a rebellious Shaytaan.”
