Shaykh Sa`d ibn `Abdur-Rahmaan Al-Hussayn said:
"Rather, the souls of the Hizbees or the Harakiyoon were inclined to him in hopes that they would make him join the ranks of those who revolt against the Jamaa`ah of the Muslims and their ruler, and he almost inclined to them a little"

Response: No, but it is better to practice Umrah in the month of Dhul Qaidah and Ramadaan, as the Prophet - ??? ???? ???? ???? - did. It is sufficient for a person to perform Umrah once [in his/her lifetime], the obligation is only for one time. Performing Hajj and Umrah once is sufficient, what is more is a Sunnah.
