The first opinion regarding sacrificing Udhiyyah on Eid al-Adhaa on behalf of a deceased person.
On this blessed occasion, I would like to remind my Muslim brothers and sisters of some manners and Prophetic recommendation of Eid, as well as clarifying some innovations and sins that occur.
It is the Sunnah of the Prophet (sal Allaahu alayhi wa sallam) and his virtuous Companions (may Allaah to pray the Eid Prayers in a Musallah (an outdoor Prayer Area) and not inside the Masjid.
Many of our scholars have given fatawaa stating the permissibly of non-Muslims entering the masjid when there is a benefit.
[Regarding] bathing on the day of ‘Eed al-Adh.haa and ‘Eed al-Fitr, [then] there is nothing firm established about it; And the ahaadeeth in the Sunan of Ibn Maajah are weak.
