Question: There are some youth who call the Salafee youth from the students of Shaykh Rabee’ ibn Haadee al-Madkhalee and Shaykh Saalih ibn Sa’d as-Suhaymee “Zalafiyyeen” (bootlickers) and not Salafiyyeen. So what is their ruling from the aspect of the Sharee’ah?
Response: This impugning which they direct to the Salafiyyeen, especially these [students] is indicative of their evil, because they have directed their impugning and their hatred and their malice – all of it – to the Salafiyyeen upon tawheed; and in addition to this, they establish brotherhood and assistance with all the groups of Ahlul-Bid’ah, even with the Raafidah (Shee’ah). So this act of theirs is falsehood and it is not permissible for them to do so.
And their saying this [statement] is falsehood, and in reality at-tazallaf (bootlicking) is that which they [themselves] practice and believe it to be from Hizbiyyah (partisanship) and their adherence to the statements of the senior amongst them, and indeed we are from Allaah and indeed to him we shall return.

السؤال: هناك بعض الشباب يطلق على الشباب السلفيين من تلاميذ الشيخ ربيع بن هادي المدخلي و الشيخ صالح بن سعد السحيمي؛ أنهم زلفيين و ليسوا سلفيين، فما حكمهم من حيث الشرع؟
الجواب: هذا الطعن الذي يوجّه إلى السلفيين خاصّة من هؤلاء؛ يدل على خبثهم؛ لأن هؤلاء وجّهوا طعنهم، و بغضهم، و كيدهم كله إلى السلفيين الموحدين، و هم مع ذلك يؤاخون، و يتعاونون مع جميع الفئات المبتدعة؛ حتى الرافضة، فعملهم هذا عملٌ باطل لا يجوز لهم، و قولهم هذا قولٌ باطل و الحقيقة أنّ التزلف؛ هو فيما يذهبون إليه، و يعتقدونه من الحزبية، و اتّباعهم لأقوال كبارهم و إنّا لله و إنّا إليه راجعون.
